At Greenfield Hives & Honey, we believe that healthy bees make exceptional honey. Our work is guided by a less-is-more approach—one that prioritizes the wellbeing of the hive over maximum production. By allowing our colonies to follow their natural rhythms, we support strong, resilient bees and create honey that reflects the land and season it comes from.

We harvest our honey by hand in small batches, gently coarse-filtering it to preserve its natural enzymes, pollen, and flavor. Each jar is bottled raw and unprocessed, offering honey just as the bees made it—simple, honest, and full of character.

In addition to producing small-batch honey, we also raise nucleus hives for sale. Our nucs are established from healthy, well-managed colonies and cared for using the same less-is-more philosophy. Whether you’re a new beekeeper or expanding an existing apiary, our goal is to provide strong, balanced starter colonies you can build upon with confidence.

Honey

Pollination
Greenfield Hives and Honey offers expert pollination services to support healthy, productive crops. Livestock
We produces robust 4-frame and 5-frame Nucleus Colonies (nucs) ideal for starting or expanding beekeeping operations. Each nuc comes with a healthy, mated queen, worker bees, and drawn comb ready for brood and honey storage. Our colonies are strong, disease-free, and well-prepared for seasonal challenges.
